Banking experience will be considered in lieu of formal education if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Preference will be given to retired bank officers, especially branch managers and agricultural officers with a minimum of two years&#8217; experience in rural branches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Must reside in or near the Trichy district.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> Fluency in the local language is essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
